No! You don’t need to be enrolled in any program. Our services are designed to complement treatment or stand alone as peer support and connection.
All of our services, support groups, and events are completely free. We’re here to provide support, not barriers.
You’ll be greeted by a friendly peer specialist or team member who understands the recovery journey. We’ll answer any questions you have, show you around, and help you find a group or peer session that fits your needs.
Yes! Family members and supportive friends are welcome to participate in certain groups and events. Some groups may be peer-specific, so check the schedule or ask us if you’re unsure.
No. Sharing is completely optional. Some people just listen at first — and that’s okay. You participate in whatever way feels safe for you.
